Beware of Eating Chocolate


 Many people like to choose the chocolate with the lure of low prices. One might think of buying branded chocolate but with a very low price. Though chocolate is such that only contain very little cocoa, which is 7% -20%. Also has a high sugar content which lead to diabetes, saturated fat, resulting in tooth decay or damaged and many other shortcomings.

Chocolate products, especially in the form of fondant and praline, it is very dangerous and bad for health, because it contains 100% fondant and prline sweeteners are bad for health.

            Solution in choosing chocolate that is, choose chocolate with lower sugar content. If the price is more expensive, it does not matter, for the sake of our own health. That way, we would benefit more than chocolate.
