Tea is a plant that grows in tropical and subtropical regions.
Scientifically speaking, tea is known as the Camelia Sinensis. Of about three
thousand kinds of tea from crosses, obtained three kinds of tea outcome of the
process, namely green tea, black tea and oolong tea. Chopped tea leaves and
dried in the sun so that the chemical changes before it is dried tea processing
methods. Processing causes the leaves to brown and black tea flavors become
typical.
The oldest type of tea is green tea. Green tea is well-liked, especially
the Japanese and Chinese. Here the tea leaves undergo a process of heating and
drying it. So that the green color of the leaves can be maintained. Oolong tea,
is a kind of transition between black tea and green tea. The third type of tea
has health benefits, because it contains biochemical bonds, called polyfenol,
including flavonoids. Flavonoids are a group of antioxidants present in
vegetables, fruits and beverages such as tea and wine.
